The conference features plenary sessions as well as numerous break-out sessions involving hands-on training or presentations in smaller settings. We have speakers from Apple to Zoodango. Speaking about topics from: How do I start? Measure success? Determine if your company is ready for social marketing and determine if it is strong enough to withstand a Web 2.0 world? Use video and podcasting to increase sales? And much more.....

The opening keynote with James Sun of Zoodango will discuss the "New Rules for Marketing."

This conference was created by Western Washington University College of Business and Economics' Small Business Development Center, TAG, the Technology Alliance Group  and Whatcom Community College.

Keynote Dinner:

On September 10 join us for an evening with Matthew Dunn, PhD, founder of Socratech who will discuss the impacts of social media on the music industry. Prior to dinner, enjoy a tour of the American Museum of Radio and Electricity's rare collection and interactive exhibits.
