Join us on July 16 for a workshop with internationally recognized sales expert and author Lori Richardson of ‘Score more Sales’. Lori's presentation will include a candid conversation around innovative and effective sales strategies in this challenging economy and new social networking landscape. Businesses know that some things that worked yesterday don’t work anymore. Other things are timeless. How can you make small improvements, consistently rather than 180 degree shifts?
Lori will describe ways to manage sales opportunities for service providers and for retailers the importance of new findings on the value of a customer over time. This presentation, with local examples, will be valuable whether you are a business owner, sole proprietor, sales or customer service associate. We encourage you to bring your questions!
Lori Richardson is author of “50 Ways in 50 Days to Score More Sales” – a revenue generation program to help businesses with simple but powerful tactical sales strategies. Lori started in retail sales, then went to the corporate world and broke sales records in the technology and financial services industries. She ran a corporate university in Boston for what is now a division of Thomson Reuters and has worked to help companies increase sales through her business, Score More Sales, which she founded in 2002. Lori blogs for Dun & Bradstreet and is one of the “Top Sales Experts” based in the UK.
This is the fifth of six free monthly sessions designed to help you keep your business strong and healthy in this challenging economy.
The series is sponsored by the City of Bellingham, Sustainable Connections, Center for Economic Vitality (formerly SBDC), Technology Alliance Group for Northwest Washington, Northwest Economic Council and the Downtown Bellingham Partnership
